Admission rules and procedure for Primary

1. Buy the admission form ( F1, F2, F3, F4 ).
2. Admission officer saves the form number
3. Fill in the date and sign with a 6000 stamp
4. Pay the base fee, activities fee, course fee and form fee by debit BCA/TT to Yayasan Syuradikara 7010 353381.
5. Finance admin gives a receipt
6. Carry home the form map and fill in the data
7. The filled form must be returned after 7 days
